Your new role
Deliver HR support, advice and outcomes
Support and facilitate the building of our Cleanaway culture; employee engagement, people awareness, personal ownership consultation and continuous improvement
Support talent identification, succession planning and learning & development opportunities
Provide support in managing Enterprise Agreements aligned with the commercial requirements and the set strategic direction
Provide assistance to and answer queries from the business relating to HR policies
About you
Driver’s Licence and car required
Experience in a true Generalist HR role
Exposure to a HR metrics driven environment
Knowledge of administrative requirements of employee relations and industrial relations
Understanding of performance management, resolution of grievances and investigations
Knowledge of formal proceedings involving employees, the Fair Work Commission, Trade Unions or other external bodies/parties
Ability to work autonomously and prioritise your work load
